I makes a lot of sense to eat healthy foods and exercise. The problem I’m faced with is the time that I have available at work to have many small meals. Busy schedule and consistently eating healthy are difficult to pair together.
A gradual loss of weight is healthy. I find people always look for the magic pill of losing weight and go on crazy diets or worse rely on supplements. I agree, just exercise everyday for 30 minutes and you’ll get the results and it will stay off longer too.
