This is related to the ALT level test, right? My doctor was telling me how ALT levels may be slightly elevated if you drink or eat fast food a lot.

This is a timely article for me. My dad has been diagnosed with liver problems. He doesn't drink or have hepatitis. Until recently when he became so weak he always walked an hour a day up and down hills plus swam every day during warm weather. He eats vegetables, fruits, and fish almost exclusively. He's 5'10" and only weighs 167 lbs. Since he's already doing the right things, we're stumped as to what to try next.

My cousin was diagnosed with on-set adult diabetes. I can't get him to workout at all or change his lifestyle but maybe this new information will help. Fingers crossed.
