Weight Loss Secrets pt 2

cowsThe right weight loss secrets can go really far in helping you achieve the healthful and natural weight loss that you are looking for. Here are some healthy and natural weight loss secrets.

Weight Loss Secret #1 - Dip your bread rather than buttering it. Make use of olive oil instead of the old standby, butter, because it is healthier and it will also help you to eat less. A recent study showed that people dipping their bread in olive oil ate 52 fewer calories as an average in comparison to those who were using butter on their bread.

Weight Loss Secret #2 - Add to your cereal. Sprinkle flax on top of your cereal. Ground flaxseed is high in fiber and it can really help to curb your hunger while eliminating calories. You can also add it to yogurt as well as bread and muffin mixes. You can find it in health food stores and some local grocers as well and a little really goes a long way.

Weight Loss Secret #3 - Choose a smarter salad dressing. Try mixing balsamic vinegar with Dijon mustard, horseradish and olive oil and dressing your salad for only 20 calories and one and a half grams of fat which is far less than the serving for most commercial salad dressing varieties.

Weight Loss Secret #4 - Schedule a doctor's appointment so that you can get a blood test. Surprisingly, approximately 1 in every 12 women has a thyroid that is underactive, meaning that her metabolism could be slowed down unnaturally. Most of these women are completely unaware. Are you one of them?

Weight Loss Secret #5 - Supersize the bottle or glass that you use for water. When you have a bigger container, you will be motivated to drink more, and this ensures that you are getting the water that you need every day.

Weight Loss Secret #6 - Curb cravings by tricking your taste buds. All that you have to do is to suck on a menthol or a eucalyptus cough drop to curb those annoying cravings nearly instantly.

Weight Loss Secret #7 - You can spice up your meals in order to stop eating more quickly. When you add capsaicin or hot Chile pepper to your food, it may be able to help you to stop eating much sooner, allowing you to exercise portion control while cutting down on calories at the same time.

Weight Loss Secret #8 - Drink more milk. Just like with water, drinking low fat milk is going to help to fill up your stomach, but because it also contains carbohydrates, it is excellent at helping you to feel full so that you end up eating less as a result.

The biggest issue I have is eating to fast. I do not give my body and brain time to know I am full.

One more fact about milk that I just recently learned: calcium actually helps get rid of the deep belly fat that can accumulate around your internal organs.
