Hi there — Just wondering how your peroneus longus is doing! I posted earlier about having a similar injury: tendinosis in both peroneal tendons. It’s been 8 weeks for me and I’m having little improvement with the non-operative approach. SIGH….

It is better but no where near healed. I have avoided surgery, but am supposed to continue to rest for another couple weeks before starting rehab.
