With so many weight loss fads and quick diets, people don't do the necessary things anymore. I find that people who try to lose weight, try to limit the amount of water they drink because they will think that they will "store" more water weight. Not true! Thanks for spreading the truth about water.

Your body is made up of mostly water and you should always provide your body with it. Don't drink your calories! Your body only wants water. Not pepsi not mountain dew. Your body wants water, so listen to it. Always have a bottle with you whereever you go. You might have a few extra bathroom trips but the benefits are substantial!

Drinking enough water also helps to maintain your cardiovascular system in a good shape. If you don't drink enough your blood gets thicker and makes it harder for your heart to pump it.

Keep in mind that a successful healthy weight loss program is all about commitment, motivation, attitude, patience and action. Weight loss is not rocket science. Don’t make it more complicated than it has to be. Eat less, stick to healthy eating habits, exercise regularly and take healthy natural nutritional supplements. Focus on your weight loss goal, write down the benefits and think about them every day. Losing weight should be a top priority for you. Otherwise, you will stop losing weight, you won’t be able to maintain your new weight, you won’t be able to get over the first plateau!
