I agree, unless a man is down to atleast 12-14 percent body fat, there is no point delivering yourself pain through endless crunches to achieve a sick pack, as it just won't show through the blubber.

Kitchen cardio followed by a 2 week hard line abdominal routine before a holiday will work best for those results on the beach.

We must reduce body fat before even thinking about crunches. Rowing does high CV and core strength simultaneously. throw this on the menu.

Good posting guys

"The six pack is built in the kitchen"? That would make a great tagline Mizfit. If you coin phrase that and put it on a t-shirt, I will definitely wear one:-) All of the experts, including weightladder, say that one of the keys to a great looking midsection is the diet that one has. Diet along with cardio and exercise. Why that concept hasn't been internalized by the masses is beyond me.

I'd love to do those cross-over twisting ab exercises - if only I could reduce my waist enough to be able to do them!
