		<description>Great post! I think the first two, Be Positive and Add Support or so critical to making changes. Especially regarding your fitness. A positive attitude will carry you a long way toward getting healthy. There are always going to be setbacks but if you&#039;re positive it&#039;s much easier to bounce back. Support is also great for facing the challenge of making changes. Never be afraid to ask for help and you&#039;ll always have a better chance at success.
