I even humbly admit I have tried the ab shocker deal (what a joke).  I&#039;m embarrassed to say that but I did.  

I realize now I just need to workout correctly.</description>

		<description>Great post!  I think another one of the root causes for this issue is a lack of patience.  People in general want what they want NOW instead of later and they don&#039;t want to put the necessary work in to get good solid results.  They&#039;d rather pop a pill.</description>
