I walked 9 holes of golf at Gleneagles Golf Course. Full length holes. Very Hilly.

Egg, ground beef, green pepper, and tomato with Diet Coke for breakfast.

Provolone cheese and hotdogs as snack.

Turkey bacon and Eggs and Cheese scramble with water for dinner.

I drank 118.3oz of water.
