That’s a pretty awesome roundup, thank you for sharing.
The article on the pros/cons of exercise is interesting – it shows you that it really doesn’t matter what time you exercise, whether am or pm as long as you do it. The trail mix, agree with him – too high in calories and you can easily overeat. Also like the article on the bodyweight training…I love bodyweight training and getting new ideas. Thanks for the post!
