When I read this last comment, I had to respond. First, I am the co-author of this book and contributed much to the Saint-Tropez Diet. Everyone is entitled to their opinion about the book and that is a good thing. We like hearing comments, so we can improve for future books. But I cannot accept spreading false information and have to make a comment here. We never said not to exercise. To the contrary, see page 74 where we talk about walking, gardening, swimming, dancing, badminton, and la boule. Then we talk about aerobic (or endurance) exercise, strength training exercises, flexibility exercises, and balance exercises.

Best of health!

Scares me to think that anyone would be promoting a diet that doesn't require much working out. For weight loss a diet with no working out may be ok, but for overall healthy living, it really seems like working out is a key component.

Omega 6 is not a bad fat! It's just that we have a lot of it in our Standard American Diet, and not enough Omega 3s, so our ratios get skewed.
