I had an MRI yesterday and have a complete rupture of my achilles tendon, a tear of my peroneus longus muscle, and a sprain in another ligament (calcaneal?). I am dreading how long I am going to be out of action..... any pick me ups out there?

I got lucky... It turns out that I probably don't need surgury... Instead I tore it in 3 places and need to just rest.
