Roundup- July 27th Edition

Good morning and happy Sunday everyone. If you're planning to have fun in the sun make sure you hydrate, slather on the sunscreen, and stay safe.

Monday I was featured @ Digerati Life in The Cost of Being Overweight.

I love your muscle man pic! :) I’ve actually been struggling with sugar addiction and trying to curb my food cravings. I’ll do well one day and the next day, I’m off the wagon again…. Ugh. I’ve been exercising a lot these days (started on an intensive program for the last 2 months) but still, weight loss for me is very slow due to my horrible eating habits.

My weakness is my diet so I’ve always wondered how people can do it. I’ve often been the type who lost weight easily just by upping the exercise but alas, no headway for me this time around.

@TDL

I have been on a food based medically assisted weight loss diet by JumpStart Medicine. Dr. Sean Bourke is amazing. I highly recommend.

The diet is a low carb low fat calorie restricted diet very similar to South Beach.

I was doing both diet and EXTENSIVE exercise… But alas I tore my peroneus tendon in my ankle and have not been able to exercise as much lately.
