- Journal of Healthy Living writes Diet Coke Drops Sodium Benzoate (E211). Sodium Benzoate is said to be linked to DNA damage, so this can only be a good sign for diet drinkers.

- Provided by Get Fit Slowly this week is Learning to Use Heart Rate Zones for Exercise. I could sure use this guide to find my own Maximum Heart Rate and apply to different exercise zones.
- Two Ways You Can Make Squats Fun and Memorable by Fat Man Unleashed might sound brutal but you're working your leg muscles.
