Roundup August 10th

This week from Fitness Health Network:

If you're still interested in some weekend reading, here are some posts from my readers and those that linked back to me this week:

  • Dr. Snyder writes Mmmmmm, desserts! If you're dieting it doesn't mean desserts are off the menu. Check out this fruit recipe.
  • Speaking of recipes you should check out the Fight for Fitness posts on Sweet Potato Fries.
  • Fitter Everyday posts Cereal Nightmare. What's on your label? It might be sugar. Grape Nuts have no sugar, but can you eat the cereal? It's pretty bland and very crunchy. My sister says a great way to eat grape nuts is to include a healthy scoop in a bowl of plain non-fat yogurt. Of course she also adds pineapple juice to give the yogurt more flavor. Try it!
  • What are the Best Cash Back Credit Cards: Your Rewards For Spending? Read Digerati Life's post for more.
  • Andrew is Getting Fit writes 8 on the 8th 08! Way to go!
  • Viewer Mail at Miz Fit Online deals with losing fat in areas of tummy and arms. I suggest cross body exercises for the stomach!
  • Happiness is a Skill at Happy Man explores attitude adjustments.
  • Check out Health Habits Transformation Inspiration on Olympian Dora Torres.
  • 4 Signs Of Bad Posture (And How To Fix It) by One Crumb is a good read for those sloucher, leaners and bag carriers and weight shifters.

Have a fun and terrific Sunday everyone!
