		<description>On January first I will be celebrating 1 year of no McDonalds and through hard work and exercise, I have lost 30lbs this year. 

Each person is different. I have found that keeping my carb intake low will help me not to gain weight plus give me more energy.

When I want to lose weight, I exercise and go almost not carb.</description>
