Review: Feed Muscle Shrink Fat by Kathy Smith

"Feed Muscle, Shrink Fat" is designed to refine how you can lose weight using a plan that is designed not only to work, but also to make sense in the process. With the help of long time health and fitness expert Kathy Smith, readers of this unique book can divers and learn exactly what they need to do in order to implement a healthy plan for diet and weight loss that is straightforward, scientifically proven and supported, and also incredibly easy to adapt. The primary premise of this book is that by nourishing the muscle in your body you are automatically shrinking how much fat you have. In other words, by feeding your muscle you are losing weight and shrinking the amount of excess fat that you have on your body in a way that is healthy and proactive rather than relying on fad diets or weight loss short cuts.

This is a diet plan that simply makes sense, plain and simple. It follows a simple equation in a way that is easy to understand. Protein, plus vitamin C, plus fiber is all you need to feed your muscles in order to shrink the fat in your body. Following this simple equation means that you will be getting plenty of high quality protein along with vegetables, fruits and other vital nutrients. You are encouraged by this book to eat three meals a day along with two snacks at regular intervals all throughout the day in order to keep your blood sugar levels steady.

After following this specific plan for two weeks, people have shown weight loss results of as many as fourteen pounds. Some of the results that come from using this particular diet plan include less hungry feelings and less cravings for unhealthy foods like enriched carbohydrates. Kathy Smith uses easy recipes, easy to follow shopping lists and easy snack lists that make it easy to follow this diet plan without much trouble.

Kathy Smith's book also offers an exercise section, which offers much of the same workouts that you would normally find in her DVDs, including clear directions and a great concern for packing the most possible results in the least amount of time. If you are dealing with a busy schedule or otherwise do not have a lot of time for working out, Kathy Smith's exercises are an excellent way to go to drive all of the right results without all of the necessary time.

Kathy Smith's "Feed Muscle, Shrink Fat" is more than simply a diet - It is a lifetime eating and exercise plan that can generate long lasting, healthy results by helping you build muscle and shrink fat for optimum health and wellbeing.

I’m gonna check this book out because I’ve heard before somewhere that vitamin C plays a role in shrinking fat. When I heard it, I didn’t quite know how to go about it, which is why this book might help me.
