		<description>I personally would avoid pasta at all costs when looking to lose fat. It isn&#039;t about the fat you ingest in your diet, it is about the type of fat, i.e. saturated vs unsaturated. Like wise, losing weight also depends on eating good carbs vs bad carbs and pasta is most definitely bad carbs.</description>
