On the hundred pushup front... I was unable to complete the 3rd day of the 3rd week... I sputtered out at 22 on the final set that was supposed to be 27+. Why you ask? I am still working why... I think it was a combination of sore muscles from exercise and a vigorous massage I received on vacation? I was concentrating on the form and I could tell that I was have a harder time with the day's pushups... So I will be repeating week 3 next week.

I hope you had a great 4th of July. My husband and I had a great time at a friend’s house way out in the country (which only means that’s ideal for setting off fireworks)!
Thanks for the mention!
I start week three this week, and I’m not looking forward to it..
Kevin, I really enjoyed your post on MizFit and I’m so amazed/impressed by your blog and your journey. Keep it up, and know that there are complete strangers enthusiastically rooting for you!
Thanks for linking to me yet again!
restating the obvious but there’s no shame in repeating only in QUITTING
(or at least thats what I keep telling myself)

Thanks for the links!
I think repeating is actually a great idea…the point is to build endurance, right, not to just rush to the finish line? So if you feel like maybe you could use another week at a certain level, I absolutely think repeating is the right thing to do. That’s how I’m operating, at least.
