On the hundred pushup front... I was unable to complete the 3rd day of the 3rd week... I sputtered out at 22 on the final set that was supposed to be 27+. Why you ask? I am still working why... I think it was a combination of sore muscles from exercise and a vigorous massage I received on vacation? I was concentrating on the form and I could tell that I was have a harder time with the day's pushups... So I will be repeating week 3 next week.

I hope you had a great 4th of July. My husband and I had a great time at a friend’s house way out in the country (which only means that’s ideal for setting off fireworks)! ;)

I think repeating is actually a great idea…the point is to build endurance, right, not to just rush to the finish line? So if you feel like maybe you could use another week at a certain level, I absolutely think repeating is the right thing to do. That’s how I’m operating, at least. :-)
