		<description>Do you believe that those who wish to lose fat but still retain/gain muscle at the same time should use this medicine? It occurs to me that since the medicine tells your body its not as hungry, then the person wishing to also build muscle, may not eat as much food as their body needs to build muscle. Do you believe so too? 

Regarding the insomnia at night if taken in the evening, what specific ingredient in this medicine causes this side-effect? Perhaps Caffeine?
