		<description>Fresh vegetables that are cut into bite-sized pieces can usually be cooked in the microwave in one to two minutes so long cooking time is not an excuse!  And most grocery stores have bags of already cut up broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, peppers, etc. so you don&#039;t even have to chop them!</description>

		<description>You&#039;re absolutely right.  There should be no excuses in getting the proper amount of fruits and vegetables daily.  I was faced with the same challenge about 2 months ago and I picked up a book on vegetable blends and juicing.  Juicing is a great way to consume a healthy amount of vegatables daily.</description>
