		<description>That&#039;s one thing that is helpful about Weight Watchers, you do learn portion control.  

Sometimes it is helpful just to stay away from problem foods, if they trigger wanting more.  Sometimes the longer away from the food, the less you really have any hankering for it at all.</description>
