		<description>Agreed, it sounds pretty much like every other mediocre book out there :( I guess the point of the story is - there really aren&#039;t any &quot;tricks&quot;. It&#039;s just working hard and figuring out what your body needs.</description>

there is lots of good info in there---if you dig it out and go with the thought of &#039;this wont replace a trainer&#039;

this book sounds the same.
