		<description>This is a really useful post that I think a lot of people should read.  I was blessed with freakishly good genes and because of this it is extremely hard for me to gain weight, so no matter what I eat I don&#039;t get fat.

However, it is just as hard for me to gain muscle, which means I have to work extra hard at that.  So everyone is different and has different goals and methods they must use to get there.  That is why you should be wary of any program that guarantees you anything, because there really is no way to know what will happen.

Obesity paves the way to diabetes, high cholesterol and other chronic ailments. One of my friends can eat whatever she wants and doesn&#039;t really need to workout.  I on the other hand need to always watch what I eat and keep exercising.
