		<description>I always try to do a swimming workout at least once a week.  I agree about not feeling as tired after you are done your workout which is one reason why I love swimming workouts!

		<description>One problem with swimming though is that it encourages an annoying layer of fat on the swimmers body.  Most swimmers you see at the Olympics are muscly, but not ripped.  I don&#039;t know though, maybe it&#039;s my imagination...</description>

		<description>Nice article!  My favorite thing about swimming is that I can get in as tough a workout as I want, but I don&#039;t get all hot and sweaty.  One thing, though: if I&#039;m not mistaken, the nation&#039;s current olympic hero is Michael Phelps.</description>
