		<description>Very nice post.  Many people get caught up in &quot;fad&quot; or &quot;mainstream&quot; diets that are marketed very well.  The most important thing people need to realize is that developing good eating habits takes time.  People always look for the easy way out when losing weight.  The sooner you realize becoming fit takes time and committment, the faster you&#039;ll reach your goals.</description>

		<description>Great post Kevin!!!! I had thought about this and my MD also suggested that I consider becoming a vegetarian.  I have made MORE of my meals meatless (usually only fish) but I&#039;m no vegan.. and I will not claim to be.  After 1 week I realized that my body was definitely responding differently and I decided to eat fish at least 4 days and at least 1 meal on the other 3 days to include chicken or turkey.  I&#039;ll be posting about this later in the week so stay tuned :)</description>
