		<description>I always struggled with diets.  Putting restrictions on myself for long periods of time just didn&#039;t work.  I found success with intermittent fasting (Eat Stop Eat in particular).  I do a 24hr fast 1-2 times per week and that allows me the freedom to eat what I like the rest of the week.</description>
