I have been out of town on business and I had to go off my meds as I was feeling too jittery...  I am playing golf for the first time this morning cince hurting my ankle.

My weight chart will be updated next week.  I ex[ect I will have gained some weight, but I dont think it will be alot and I will be back to regular weekly updates...</description>
