		<description>I love how you teach a person how to take little steps to change their eating habits so it doesn&#039;t feel like a sudden deprivation of food where they will more likely go back to their old eating habits.  I don&#039;t believe in diets, but in changing the way you eat as a change in lifestyle.</description>

Cutting sweets, drinking water instead of juice or soda and eating fruit instead of cookies and ice cream.  It took a minute but I did notice a difference by Valentine&#039;s Day.</description>
