Body-fat%, resting heart rate and blood pressure are all more important &quot;numbers&quot; than those on the scale.

I am 5&#039;11&quot; and 245 lbs with a resting pulse of 52 and body fat that fluctuates between 10 and 12%.

According to the BMI charts, I am about 60 seconds away from dropping dead.
