This article is right on! I practice the Paleo diet — not for weight loss because I’ve always been thin, but for the amazing health benefits. Your grocery shopping tips are excellent. The Paleo diet also works amazingly for weight loss and becomes a lifestyle, not just a diet. As the lead content provider/editor for a weight loss company, finding blogs with valid information is great!
