Something that has helped me in many areas of my life where I have changed be it giving up habits, or starting new ones, is choosing an activity such as meditation, playing a musical instrument, doing some push ups etc.

Whenever I feel the craving, I ACT and perform my activity of choice. 

Action purifies thinking - don&#039;t think about the craving, because you will probably lose to it.

Instead act as fast as you can!

		<description>I really admire your will power!  It sounds as if you are totally committed to making your weight loss plan work.  One suggestion:  You might want to try doing your strength training before your cardio.  You want to put maximum effort into building muscle because muscle mass burns calories.  More muscle = more fat loss!</description>

It&#039;s good to be able to resist cravings. But, I think it&#039;s even better to eat foods that are known to suppress hunger efficiently, (i, e,. foods high in protein and fat).

Yes, I&#039;m one of those low-carb nuts. ;-P

But, seriously, maybe you could give it a try and decide by yourself. Experimenting with my diet has changed a lot of my food believes.

Anyway, good luck to your fat-loss efforts to everyone.</description>
