  • 1 liter water 11:00 am
  • 1 diet soda 12:00 pm
  • Chicken Wings
  • Lamb Kabobs
  • Bean Burrito
  • Fish Burrito.
  • a bunch of water and diet soda

Opps got out of line.  Week one of the program is not about beating myself up over mistakes.
