  • 1 Liter Pellegrino Sparkling Water 8:00 am
  • 24 oz Water 10:30 am
  • 2 Diet Soda 10:35 am.
  • 4 slices Smoked Turkey, 3 slices Provolone 10:35 am
  • 12 oz Water 12:30 pm
  • 1 Diet Soda 12:45 pm
  • 1.25 oz raw almonds 1:15 pm
  • 12 oz Water 4:30pm
  • 1 Diet Soda 5:15pm
  • California Pizza Kitchen BBQ Chopped Salad with Avocado.  Wow! 1257 calories via their own nutrician info.  I did a bit better than that... maybe.  Mine was to go (smaller portion?).  I took off tomatoes and the tortilla strips (less food and less bad carbs).  Had 2 sides of ranch and one small side of bbq (more fat and calories).  I added hot sauce (no effect). I ate 3/4 of it (less food). 7:30pm
