I don&#039;t think so because each person&#039;s daily protein needs is determined by how much lean muscle mass they have, so you can&#039;t have a definite number that applies to everyone.  Also, the least amount a person should eat, according to the CDC, is .8 grams times their lean mass/LBM, and this is for sedentary folks. When you are training, this figure goes up to 1 gram per LBM, which in my case means I need to eat 185g of protein a day, and a 2 oz. piece of chicken won&#039;t foot the bill.  I really hope that you&#039;re not following this rule ...</description>
