		<description>Great article but the thing is that overweight people tend to lean more towards what&#039;s convenient which is fast food restaurants versus going inside a store and hand picking from a variety of fruits...I&#039;m a personal trainer and it&#039;s hard to get my clients to understand that a big part of losing weight is the things you eat and the healthy foods aren&#039;t going to be as convenient as the unhealthy foods</description>
