		<description>Although I agree with you that starving yourself, though it may seem to be, is never going to be an effective method of losing weight healthfully.  However, I have found that the best way for me to lose weight is on a calorie restrictive diet.  No matter how much exercise I do, if I overeat then I do not get the results I want.</description>
