Although I agree with you that starving yourself, though it may seem to be, is never going to be an effective method of losing weight healthfully. However, I have found that the best way for me to lose weight is on a calorie restrictive diet. No matter how much exercise I do, if I overeat then I do not get the results I want.

Berries, beans, spinach, yogurt, ect. are all fabulous foods to include in everyone’s everyday diet. But more importantly, it is very imperative how you mention the importance of nutrients. If a person buys white rice instead of whole grain rice, then fewer nutrients will be consumed, thereby making the fat burning process tougher for the body. You can find more information about foods that promote a more efficient fat-burning body process at http://fitnessfoodfight.com/node/26
