If you program you mind that you need to drink more water throughout the day you will succeed and slim down. It will not happen overnight, but once you make it a regular routine to drink water throughout the day you will see results! and of course drinking water is not only you must eat healthy and workout!!</description>

This old recommendation included the following passage which did not make it into the legend “most of this quantity is contained in prepared foods,”  From this, the erroneous recommendation was converted to this urban legend.  

Water is good and is probably the best liquid we can drink to lose weight and be healthy but 8 glasses is the total liquids, not two liters of coke (or even milk) PLUS 8 glasses of water. If you drink two glasses of milk, you only need 6 glasses of water today unless you are extra thirsty.</description>
