		<description>These calculations are way way way out of date.  The 200-age does not take into account the heart rates of those who are more cardio-vascularly fit or those who have natural variations in heart rates.

A better method to determine if your workout is effective is to use the Perceived Exertion Scale.  It allows for individual variations.</description>
