		<description>I 100% agree with lack of sleep as a major cause of weight gain. From personal experience, I find i have to fight not to eat too much when I&#039;m tired and remind myself that eating more wont give me more engery. The only thing that will make me feel better when Im tired is more sleep! Also when Im tired, I find it more difficult to spend the extra time preparing healthier meals instead of just grabbing a more convenient but less healthy choice.</description>
