Home gyms are the best, if you buy nice equipment it will last you your whole life. You can save thousands if you add up the cost of a gym membership for 20+ years

Home gyms are a great idea if you are able to stick to the routine and not become distracted. Saving the price of a gym membership and being able to workout whenever you wish makes it a great option.

I'm a big fan of the home gym, and it's amazing what kind of results you can get from pushups, crunches, dumbbell, and a cardio machine -- bike, rower, treadmill, elliptical, whatever. The net result for me is that I can squeak in some exercise when I'd never be able to sneak away to the gym.
