"You: On a Diet" appeared on Oprah Winfrey's show and then immediately exploded, primarily because it offers a fun and light hearted approach to losing weight and getting healthy. The "You: On a Diet" diet plan is based on a 1,700 calorie diet, but it also shows you how to configure your own individual calorie needs as well. You may need to add or subtract calories as needed. This particular diet plan stresses that you must absolutely eat in order for you to lose weight.
