A friend of mine at work had this book, and since I've seen celebrity fit club before, I thought I'd check it out. I'm sorry, but I'm much less optimistic about Dr. Ian's book. I found it to be a joke! The large font to cover up the fact that the diet portion of the book is relatively tiny compared to the recipe section, which is a trick used by the majority of diet books btw. Also, any diet or nutritional plan that tells you not to count calories is simply setting the reader up to buy their next diet book because whatever they lose, they won't be able to maintain, and I believe that the Fat Smash Diet is no different.
