Many people want a quick fix, so when a weight loss plan "promises" (they should really be careful about making promises) to get you bikini ready in 2 weeks, people are apt to spend the money.

I think weight loss takes patience, or at least it's a good lesson in patience! :) Most folks didn't put on all their weight in 2 weeks, so they shouldn't expect it to come off that quickly either!

I have been known to exercise for 2 hours at a time, but it never comes in a form that one would call exercise...

Playing basketball for example is very fun and hardly counts (mentally anyway) as exercise, yet almost every time I play it is for at least 2 hours.

My limit on any kind of treadmill or elliptical is 45 minutes and I have to stop out of shear boredom.

You are absolutely right about putting the lbs back on once you "tweak" your diet or, like in my case, "just knocked off for the winter" ..you know, holidays, I'll get back to it when the weather breaks ..etc. Finally got back on track though.

Thanks for the review. Good Job.

Yours in health
