		<description>I just started working out 7 weeks ago and started watching what i eat, i find my overall well being has improved dramatically. Despite some bumps in my life which made me decide to make changes to improve my health and fitness .. i&#039;m glad i made them as i&#039;ve been a more positive person.</description>
