Good work, the hardest thing is to right the ship once it has started to keel.
Wow, thats a big loss! Congrats on getting back on the right track but I wouldn’t be too dissapointed if you gained some of that weight back this week - could have been water weight.
Thanks. I am almost expecting that… I am hoping to lose, but really would be ok with just matining the weight this week if I stick to the plan.
