		<description>Good article however I would add one more item to the list. Have fun and enjoy what you do. If you don&#039;t have fun then it will become a chore. Also keep a journal of what you have achieved. That way when you look back you can see how far you have come. Enjoy.

I&#039;m all for comfort over style at the gym.  I&#039;ve got a tried and true gray t-shirt that I will probably wear until it starts to get holes in it!  :)</description>
