		<description>Great advice especially from someone who always procrastinates when it comes to working out at the gym. Having a set routine is a good tip as someone who doesn&#039;t have a routine and schedule set to when they work out will usually find a reason not to.</description>

		<description>Good article however I would add one more item to the list. Have fun and enjoy what you do. If you don&#039;t have fun then it will become a chore. Also keep a journal of what you have achieved. That way when you look back you can see how far you have come. Enjoy.
