		<description>These are great reminders.  Rest days are as important as workout days, but sometimes those rest days are ignored.

Heather could also add over training to that list - doing too much, too fast, too soon!  That&#039;s an equation for exhaustion and even injury!</description>

		<description>A day of rest is pretty important, I think.  The body needs rest on occasion.  A day or two or maybe three of no exercise per week will give your body time to recover from exercise.  

I don&#039;t do strenuous exercise in the morning before work.  I only walk in the mornings.  Anything exertive like biking is done after work.  

Starting slowly and not hammering your body with physical activity early in the exercise program is a good idea as well.</description>
