		<description>When you think you&#039;ve eaten too much carbo for the day, leave it out in your next 1 or 2 meals. Take in low calories fresh fruits(exp. green apple and starfruits) and protein food like nuts for those meals.

That&#039;s if you overtake in carbo. The same applies when you overtake fat. Drop/Minimize it in your next meals to account for the high calory intake.</description>
